How many "good" push-ups can you do non-stop and what is your best time on the 2 mile run? Be honest.

I can do the fridge walk in under 24 seconds which means I'm back in the command chair with remote in hand before the show comes back on
12 oz curls all day long
Walking the dog w/o breaking a sweat
Instead of weights I do loads of laundry - amazing how much 3 kids can generate

On the PT Test I've always stopped at 80 push ups . And prior to being in the Army when I taught Martial Arts I'd run a ~4:40 mile. Best I did in the Army was around 12:30 for the 2 mile.

I can do 100+ Army standard push-ups non-stop on a good day, BUT that run leaves something to be desired...

I used to be able to do 100 Sit-ups, 80 Push-ups and 13:45 1 1/5 run. This was about 10 years ago! LOL!

Best run was 10:54 when I was 18 same test did over 100 sit ups but only 54 push ups. As I got older push ups went up and sit ups went down ;( run continues to get a little slower over 26 years.

Negetron! I was never a PT stud. I could do decent on push ups and pull ups, but me and running never got along. I could hike with a ruck until my feet fell off though.

I am sorry, I have Air Force standards so we only run 1.5. :) On that mile my best time I got was in BMT at 9:45 and the best I can do in good push ups without stopping is the max 65 for Air Force PT test. I think the only time I did more was when I was in wrestling and I got in trouble and had to do pushups for about 2.5 hours, I hit around 250 if I remember correctly, couldn't use my arms for a few days though.

I averaged 72-75 pushups, 75-78 situps and mid-high 11's on the 2 mile run. I never hit that elusive 300, but also never dropped below the high 270's....except for SFAS, but that's because they quit counting when you hit the passing number.

75 pushups, 84 situps and 11:30 for my 2 mile run in Basic, which dropped to a 12:00 with more freedoms hahaha. Now, I just completed surgery number 2 on my left knee(both knee replacements). So, now I'm walking the 2.5 mile walk in 25 mins.
