I probably have one somewhere in a box with a zillion other photos. Not nearly as impressive as the pictures I've seen relating to this post. Now I did get a rousing ovation and cheers when I stepped out of the Battery Commanders office to leave Ft. Sill during the morning formation. That was an especially memorable moment for me. BC heard the ruckus and came out to see what was going on. He looked kind of surprised and said "Ruck, are they cheering you"? I said, "Looks that way Sir". He shook his head and went back inside. Guess he didn't get a lot of cheers in his career. LOL.

Oh yeah, one of my favorite places. Looked like a junk yard in 71-73. Especially loved pulling guard duty up there.

Candy Alkaabi - He just LOLed. That is what he said. L.O.L. Which I thought was weird. He could have just laughed, even though then I would have felt it my duty to put my fist into his pie hole.

Cpl George Crab - my kids are all like, brb, gtg, lol (my 8 year old son says "lol" without separating the letters) and I have to remind them that this is real life....sometimes they get smart and say "oh its irl?" and they giggle and say "RUN" as I lurch at them.....:D
