Upload this link. It's an app called PTSD coach. I use it regularly. It will help you understand why you are feeling the way you do, and what steps you can take to help. It's from the VA system. At least, give it a shot. It may be what you're looking for. http://www.ptsd.va.gov

Great attitude. If you ever need to talk I'm here. I know I'll never hear from you about that, but I thought I would offer, SSgt Obom Bowen. Hang in there.

SSgt Obom Bowen, if you upload the link there are symptoms for PTSD. It's really a good source with options to try helping if you do have PTSD. Can't hurt to check it out. I have it and have for 50 years. I just didn't know it until 20 years ago.

I have nothing that would cause the VA to eliminate my civil rights. That is my final answer.

Given the current oppressive environment that seems to be the safest answer if asked in a medical setting.

I know I have had it for 20 years but did not recognize it for a long time. I change my eating habits, awakened to spirituality, healed from Gulf War syndrome vaccinations, and yes I'm legal MMJ and very responsible in society now . It came out more in relationships that triggered me and have had to look at how i see and act/react .. Stress from money and life... I'm way better and live everyday in positive optimistic mindsets... its not a battle but i know it can come out... i know the signs..

Glad to hear the MMJ is working for you. This stuff needs to be legalized everywhere especially for PTSD. I now sleep better than ever, can focus at work without getting jumpy on fellow employees and listen to customer rants without getting defensive. It doesn't work for everyone but it should be available for anyone who wants to try it. Just my 2 cents but I do respect your opinion if you disagree.

Go to this link and download the app.

The link I gave in my question takes you to the home page where the link to the app is on. It's worth the trouble. At least it was for me.

she see's it and knows.. you can't because of your own inability to realize how you effect others.. thats what happened to me and to this day I still have to be sensitive.

I recently went to the VA and had a guy tell me they are "giving out PTSD diagnoses like candy." I think some just "have it" for monetary reasons. I have friends that have it, and I don't want it.
