My Wife has never been up in an airplane ever and refuses to even try. I did get Her up in a helicopter once during our Honeymoon at Niagara Falls, Canada, back in 1977. We were flying over Niagara Falls. There was an orange box installed in the chopper, She asked Me what it was and I answered it was an ELT. She asked what that meant, I said Electronic Locator, it sends out a signal in case We crash so they know where to look for the wreckage. Next She had a death grip on my arm and would not let go, seems it triggered a fear. Maybe I should have phrased My answer a little better.

Fascinating. Several of these would definitely qualify as an infringement on every citizen's right to due process; possibly all of them. Has anyone experienced this? When were you notified? Did you have a right to administrative relief?

Can you Imagine the Repercussions and Nightmare if someone even thought to put me on a "No-Fly or Terrorist Watch List" somebody would be Crapping Cows in DC. 21 Yrs with our Nations Highest Clearance. I think that would be a Frigging Riot.

Don't you just love the transportation STUPIDITY administration? Part of the department of homeland STUPIDITY?

As far as I can see, all DHS did was create another layer to the onion. We are certainly no more secure with TSA people at the checkpoints, given that they fail over 90% of test items...

And you have no due process before being added, you don't have to be notified when you are added, and the burden of proof is on the victim to prove they do not belong.

But who really cares about the Constitution, anyway?
