9, but one of them is a trick question that was given as an incorrect answer....Bill Clinton was technically a military leader. As President, he was the Commander and Chief of our armed forces.

A1C Nathanial Snyder, negative. The President is the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces but he is NOT a military leader. He is a civilian leader. Military leaders are strictly those who serve within the Armed Forces as a commissioned officer, warrant officer or NCO/PO.
