Should the Bamberg, Germany group include all members ever stationed there?

The US has been drawing down forward deployed forces and turning bases back to host nations for some time. The Base Realignment and Closure [BRAC] process periodically closes bases.

All military post groups should include any member every stationed there. Otherwise, as bases close, groups will be reduced to zero members because nobody will be stationed there. By design, Rallypoint includes veterans who be definition were stationed somewhere bur are not currently stationed anywhere.

I completely agree, heck most of the bases I was stationed at are closed so there is no way to communicate with anyone who isn't there! :-))

Since Bamberg is now closed and has been for around a year, this group needs to be open to anyone who ever had the opportunity to be stationed there.
