Well Rally Point members, COL Burroughs and SFC Davis are both on track to reach 1,000,000 influence points really soon. The COL is slightly in the lead with 971,409 points to SFC's 951,288 points. Who will it be?

CPT (Join to see) - How about 15%, after some one has to manage the Latin Heart Rose.

PO1 John Miller At the end of the day it's about connecting and helping veterans, not the points. Reaching a mark like that means I made a difference in people's lives!
I've reach out to a lot of veterans, civilian supporters, civilian recruiters with the purpose of helping veterans through my volunteer efforts with Virtual World Solutions d/b/a Sponsor a Vet Life. I have connected with some very wonderful individuals here on RP that are now volunteering their time to help other veterans that suffer with PTSD, TBI, MST, and that have severe disabilities and injuries that preclude them from doing the normal things that I can do. I've made some very strong friendships as well. I will continue to use RP as a base of operations to continue that search for those veterans that need help (transition, services, peer to peer support, leadership, questions, resources, mentorship, coaching, or just a friend) and hope that we can all make a difference in reducing Suicides. I shared with you all that I lost my father-in-law to Suicide on December 8, 2015 and his memory is still very vivid in my wife's life today, as well as mine. Could we have done something different or more and the answer is "Yes" we can all do more. I have been called a "Spammer" for reaching out to other veterans to see if they wanted to volunteer or help in other ways and that is fine. If you don't ask, you'll never know if you could have saved a life or helped a veteran; or even found a veteran that wanted to help others. My hope is that I can continue to give back in many ways as a veteran, father, leader, business executive, friend, and a member of RallyPoint!
