Not at all. In today's Polarized America there is no Middle Ground. All this did was solidify those against her with another excuse and those for her just gave them more justification.

It will probably not hurt Hillary, because sooner or later the issue that her computer was not hacked vs the Pentagon's computer system hacking that has released a lot of service members information.

Capt (Join to see) - Just a scenario that some will use, because we will never be told everything. I see that all that corresponded (both side) with Hillary could have put a stop to it and for what ever reason they didn't then they to are involved, which means that a court case would expose all. The GOP will demand the release of all, but it is just a bluff because it would affect them too. The only truth might come from a hacker that hack the FBI report, because I am sure they will try.

Well, let's see. She is under investigation. Her husband (ex president) meets with the Attorney General (same political party) and shortly thereafter there is no basis for charges.

Just what do we have to know that hasn't been answered by the above?

Capt (Join to see) - You failed to point out that back deals take place away from the awareness of any one, even by phone. But you just pointed out the use of the media and public perception to get free publicity. Think about all you do that only gives Hillary free publicity. Any way your choice, I only see free publicity and the FBI decision is no publicity that implicates and opens door to how and why, because everything has an origin.

When I think about Hillary getting elected President, it scares the crap out of me. I'm not averse to having a female President, just not this one.
The media has hyped her so much she doesn't need to pay for ads

I read the transcript for Mr Comey's press conference and I think it will hurt her campaign:

SPC Andrew Griffin heard of 17 US code 793?

(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Wonder why Mrs. Clinton was charged with "Extreme Carelessness?" cause it's synonym is GROSS NEGLIGENCE.

No it will not. The Hollywood and Silicon money will become a flash flood now. She has been shielded by our own FBI. Like internal diplomatic immunity.

As I stated in a previous discussion thread, Sgt Tom Cunnally, HRC is bullet proof. Nothing has happened or will happen that will jeopardize her campaign. As the old saying goes, she's "in like Flynn"!

By ruling out an indictment, FBI Director James Comey – a Republican and a former top Justice Department official under President George W. Bush — removed the single biggest obstacle standing between the presumptive Democratic nominee and the White House.

Last week, she cleared another, albeit lesser, hurdle when congressional Republicans closed the book on their investigation into the deaths of four Americans in 2012 in Benghazi, Libya, without finding any new wrongdoing by Clinton.

But Tuesday’s announcement by the FBI chief was hardly a clean bill of health, ensuring the email issue will continue to plague Clinton for weeks and months to come.
