SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL A bad situation that will have drastic effects on the people of Baltimore. Prayers that the missing workers are recovered and survived this accident.

Thanks for sharing. This brought back lots of memories down his way. A very similar incident happened down here in 1980.
