Well as a trained and experienced Operations Research Systems Analyst I had to chuckle at the naivete or deliberate deception of this twitter post, my friend Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen
1. They compared the USA which has the most robust testing capability to the European Union instead of Europe
European Union consists of the following member nations Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
Notably absent in the Europe grouping are UK, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Hungary, Russia, former Yugoslavia states, Albania.
2. They compared reported cases but not deaths in this graph.
3. there are other problems with this slight of hand graph.
Here is a much more reliable site

A few stats

Thanks for the update Stephen. As an Operations Research Analyst you know that data can be manipulated to make whatever point you wish. This subject is no different.
