Not sure how it is where you are TSgt Joe C. but I get a survey almost once a week for some faction or another. Hard to answer AD questions as a full time dual status tech in the Guard. I know our morale is slipping and we are always trying new things to keep people up- we get together off duty as a whole at least twice a year and families are encouraged, the base does a family day, etc. However- not much can replace Ops Tempo and not being home a lot.

Yeah, I'd agree with all the points you brought up Maj Marty Hogan. Morale here on Kunsan I would say is pretty good considering almost no one AD is authorized to bring their families here.

I think what always stands out to me on the surveys- is nothing really changes other than what they address in speeches. I always get a smile when they say it isn't that bad- you are having the top echelon speak to things from the lower ranks like they are in touch with them daily. I think we just lose that contact as we move up and on in our career and don't really look at the issues any longer. Good post and should get some good feedback I hope TSgt Joe C.

I wouldn't be surprised if the results of the morale of the USAF survey are delayed until after the election this November TSgt Joe C..
I am a trained and experienced ORSA and familiar with survey design, analysis and reporting. I expect the results have been tabulated but are not being released because the results don't look as good as hoped for.

this is no shock... look at what they have as a CIC and what they are going to get ... one way or the other...
