Thanks for sharing images which show how much has changed in the 73 years since the carnage of Operation Overlord smashing into the Normandy beaches designated as the US Omaha and Utah for the US amphibious assault landings, Sword and Gold Beaches for the British and Juno Beach for the Canadians SGT John " Mac " McConnell
