My first invitation to COTA came from the President of the local Viper club that owned Venom 001. Totaled it the week before the event after Hennessey put a new $7K clutch in it and his foot slipped off the petal while leaving the shop. In the end I got a great day at the track and got to meet Ralph Giles but sad for my friend because he did not get to race with us.

Hennessey started out by blowing out Vipers......This is a whole different ballgame, and a heap of trouble with me behind the wheel...!!! Love it
