What I hear him saying is that he knew she was guilty, but because he thought she would win the election, he gave her a pass to prevent her appearing as an "illegitimate" president? The title of his book is a flat out lie. Loyalty? His oath was to the US Constitution and the rule of law, not a person or party. He failed and deserves to be in prison next to her for obstruction of justice.
