I think forgetting is almost as much of a gift as remembering; for me hypermnesia would be a curse.

Thank you, my friend SGT John " Mac " McConnell for your steadfast efforts to educate us by posting the word of the day - in this case the noun hypermnesia.
The human mind is an interesting enigma.
For human beings having an abnormally vivid or complete memory or recall of the past is a rare occurrence except in fiction and movies. Total recall and photographic memory are certainly useful for those running for elected office.
The LORD God has total knowledge of all that has is and will occur from microscopic to macroscopic from physical through spiritual.
