What we currently have is not a legal impeachment process, it is a secret investigation akin to a coup attempt. I suggest the Democrats reconsider and either do it right or stop before it blows up on them.

President Trump is ready. We need to get this over with. I am sure he will stay in office. This could be a Pyrrhic victory for the Democrats.
A Pyrrhic victory (/ˈpɪrɪk/ ( listen) PIRR-ik) is a victory that inflicts such a devastating toll on the victor that it is tantamount to defeat. Someone who wins a Pyrrhic victory has also taken a heavy toll that negates any true sense of achievement or damages long-term progress. No cartoons to be pre-empted. I don't think we will see our President redo a Nixon Goodbye and peace waves. This will not be 1974 all over again.

This is the Democratic plan, play impeachment until the election. Especially if they don't actual vote on impeachment. The key swing vote is the suburban women vote. If Dem's turn enough out they can win one of the states that Trump won in 2016. Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Penn, NC. they only need to win two of these to change the outcome.
