That's his view. The man was acquitted of the charge and the Navy brass still determined to punish him. He might not understand the military system but he understands how justice is supposed to work.

Absolutely. Since he wasn't guilty, naval regulations say he can only be removed from his position - not renege and take back earned awards. Most likely the action was submitted upon the the sailors conviction (legal) and was slowly floated (pun intended) through the naval canals (another pun) until it pooped up (3#) but after the pardon (also legal) .

Do you mean to tell me Newsweek, that bastion of fairness and media accuracy, found a Marine veteran that doesn't like Trump or his intervention into the Gallagher case!!! OMG this is really, really concerning. Another career flag officer that does not appear to care for the civilian oversight of the armed forces outlined in the constitution.
We might have an issue with the officer corps not understand how the whole chain of command thing works. They love to tell subordinates how it works but they appear not to like being subordinate to the president. Hmmm, funny how that works.
