No offense to Congressman/Captain/Mr. Crow, or his impressive accomplishments...but I'm getting tired of military credentials being bandied about as political credit, in either party. He served honorably, ran for Congress, and got elected...congratulations. Now, tell me what I'm supposed to glean from him being the "only veteran" on the side of the Prosecution? Am I supposed to believe that as a former Ranger, his honor and dedication to duty exceed that of former SEAL Dan Crenshaw? Am I supposed to believe that no other Democrat veterans in the House would've accepted this appointment if offered? Do his statements invalidate those of any of his peers saying similar things in the opposing direction? I presume he means what he says, but it's not like he's ice skating up-hill exactly to do what his party and base presumably want him to do.

Someone’s service or not doesn’t matter to me. I vote based on policy decisions. I will even vote for those that I dislike personally if I like their policies better.

This whole I was in uniform my experience, knowledge and opinion is better than Joe Blow is sickening. We have our fare share of F-tards in uniform and some even go into politics as they just used military service as a check the block qualification along the way. If someone serves and wants make things better in that cesspool that is DC then power to them, if they want to use their service as a protective shield from criticism then screw them.

Only when attacked from within (which is what is happening now) Yeah, when you have a President declaring "I have a phone and a pen" while threatening to rule as a tyrant rather than govern as an Executive... Wait! That was President Obama.
