Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs I find that some in leadership positions give me much to admire while others fall short. Those who put others' welfare ahead of their own status and position are some of them. Those more concerned with their own privileges and fame are definitely not. We need to pick those people we admire carefully as we come to resemble them over time.
