This is both a great story but misleading... Though MPs are considered support female MPs were in the same firefights as everyone else, outside the safety of the wire performing combat related missions

WW2 is my particular area of interest, and the reason most of the women I've listed here are Soviets is because they were the only ones in that war willing to unleash the anger of their women on the enemy.
