There is something called "threshhold syndrome" When we change perspective or move from one room to another our brains reset and we forget what we were looking for/going to do.

crawling on the ground working on machinery, bifocals not positioned right, can't see what you are doing, they have to grab something to get up, that's getting old, and I'm there too
