Absolutely, Jack! I couldn't help but note the many times they invoked the name of RBG. Like ACB is somehow going to be less than. I submit she will be better then. I can only imagine what it feels like however being Gorsuch and Kavanaugh who are suddenly feeling as if they really weren't the president's first choice. He was saving her and it just took a little longer for RBG to pass on. Stick a cork in it Senator Harris. I turned the volume down when that grating voice suddenly woke me as I was napping. K?

Thank you my friend SSG Robert Ricci for posting the perspective from Fox News on Judge Amy Coney Barrett's testimony before the senate Judiciary committee physically and remotely. Sadly the experience that Judge Bork went though so long ago has forced future nominated folks to be careful [not surprising since they are judges] and answer truthfully, tactfully and without malice.
I am hopeful that she will confirmed before the end of this month as the next Associate Justice on the united States Supreme Court.
