PO1 H Gene Lawrence Of all the possible flashpoints we face, this is the one that worries me. They have wanted Taiwan for a long time, and have long considered the nine dash line and the waters around it to be their private bathtub. This could well be our next Cuban Missile Crisis or worse.

Nope, and I have been saying that for years. Hard to be sure, but based on all the analysis I have seen, they are in a huge financial hole, and only keeping their programs alive through the influx of US cash and dictatorial control. IMO, that makes them that much more dangerous, to Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, Philippines, etc as well as to us. We won't start it, I just hope we have the will and strength to stop it.

The U.S. government constrained companies with taxation forcing them to build products at a much more competitive price overseas, in China... They now have our technology and are about to become the leading economy in the world!!! Microchip production I the U.S. is now way behind demand! Now that the Dems are going to increase corporate taxes, we are in bad shape!!! Wake up people!
