Being a warrior is a way of life. This is why I admire the Samurai and the Templars. They were very religious to the point of understanding the spiritual world and lived and trained as Warriors. With the recent Army recruiting videos, I am concerned that we are no longer recruiting the true warrior class. Someday, when I have more time and where with all to type the full story, but the mean time the Reader's Digest Version is I had a rather blunt conversation w/ the mother with her son, when she told him that he should not be a Soldier/Warrior. The final piece of the conversation is that she was told that Mothers are the key to raising the Warrior Class. She could raise her son to be a fat little man cleaning the enemies boots or raise him to be hard as nails and fight to defend his Mother, Family, and Country. The conversation ended w/ the Mother staring at her son.

I pray for comfort and peace their family members who are at home and pleasant dreams – especially for the children ‘Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD,

As a prayer warrior by God’s grace, I pray for a sufficient self-control and patience for each adopted son and daughter of God who reads this prayer or hears it. LORD I pray that YOU use YOUR prayer warriors to intercede for the people of this nation, the neighborhoods and the spiritual health of this nation. ‘But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Once you were not a people, but now you are God’s people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.’ [1 Peter 2:9-10 ESV]
Since many of us are military veteran warriors, who fought for this nation, defended this nation and /or were prepared by experience and training to fight for this nation if called to do. remember the admonition of the LORD ‘Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.’ [Ephesians 6:10-12 ESV]
