There is no excuse for the delay. It's possible that they can't find anyone coherent to make the presentation. Joe can't put two words together and Kamala would giggle thru the procedure.

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. - Covid is just Biden's smokescreen anyway for all His other failures. (Which is everything and most recently Afghanistan ) Its all about distractions and finger pointing anyway and He could care less about any of our troops and in My opinion He has proved it .
