It had a great cast...As a refresher, I'll remind you of a few helpful facts. "Cheers" took place in a Boston watering hole, where quirky but endearing characters gravitated, night after night, to escape the humdrum of their lives and find kinship in a welcoming atmosphere, "where everybody knows your name," to quote from the catchy theme song.

Thank you my frind and sister-in-Christ Lt Col Charlie Brown for posting. In 2006 I traveled to Boston to attend an SAP conference for a contract I worked on supporting the ARNG HQs in Arlington.
The hotel where the conference was held was across a small park for the bar that hosted Cheers :-)
