It seems you may be missing the bigger picture here, this administration wants control of it's citizens. What better way to accomplish this goal than to make everyone dependent on the government? Either by crushing the productive citizens with regulation, or bribing the druggies and homeless with tax dollars, it's all about control of the masses! Why would anyone "mandate" an experimental vaccine for "everyone" when it was supposed to be for emergency use only! You have described the problems well but as you follow the money the bigger picture comes into focus.
