I read the entire article, MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D., and I didn't see one word about anyone being concerned about filing their 1860 tax return! ;)

My taxes are always late LTC Stephen C.. The war was certainly a very bloody war and a thimble was woefully inadequate for all the blood that was spilled on both sides.

Doesn't it just figure a politician got someone else to do the dirty work. I just have to admire the Fort commander. He would bow until necessary.
