I have to agree with the judge; only because the three claimants either had convictions vacated, or charges dismissed. The law says CONVICTED FELONS, and none of the three are classified as "convicted."
Felons otherwise, ANY should lose gun rights. As someone else said, "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime."
