Mixed-sex raves are illegal in Iran but they happen anyway - far away from the prying eyes of the morality police - and some of the female DJs getting the crowds dancing are also breaking taboos and pushing cultural boundaries.

When I was in college, I remember seeing some hot Iranian chicks that had fled during the time of the Shah. They kind of look Hispanic like the woman in this video.

It's kind of a neat song even though it talks about a kid bringing a gun to school because it kind of mixes the surf guitar with the modern techno.
