Sgt (Join to see) Anyone could see that Biden was in serious mental decline while in the White House. He should have stepped down long before the election.

The reasonable was not acceptable to those handling a frail Biden, Cpl Vic Burk. A bigger agenda was at play. Look at how much damage they’ve done to America security-wise, economically, morale-wise, and trashed our reputation around the world.

And who exactly, was running the country during this time? And directing the "autopen"?

There are four people or groups responsible for the greatest Constitutional issue in my lifetime.
First, Joe Biden himself. His ego would not let his medical condition(s) stand in the way of his wanting to be president.
Second, his wife Jill. Her ego would not let his medical condition(s) stand in her way of being first lady, and more than likely acting as president.
Third, the White House staff and cabinet. They knew and had the duty, under the 25th Amendment, to end the charade. They chose politics and power over country. (Perhaps this explains Austin's not telling Biden he'd be out of touch for his medical procedures)
Lastly, the cabal that foisted Biden on us.
The second Mrs. Biden can't be held responsible, but the staff, cabinet members, and the cabal can and should be pursued legally.

Well said! LTC Trent Klug Many responsible are identifiable —Now if we could just see this “CABAL” exposed into the light!

My thinking is how did reporters and Biden supporters reconcile the obvious, that Joe was being micro managed, and the idea he was the best Biden ever. The Easter Bunny Chasing Joe away from reporters. The cheat sheets. The microphone that staff muted then turned up back ground music so you couldn’t hear what he said, did anything close to those things ever happen before? The staff knew and set up the mutable microphone and background music. Gutfeild states the motivation. Yes there needs to be an investigation. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SsDoK1WKsy0&pp=ygUJI3ByZXNzb2Zm
