Today's paper shows instead of the story about the stupid green new deal it's now titled The Big Repeal.
The price of gasoline went down $0.28 a gallon or $0.07 a liter a couple days ago.
Just think, Prime minister Trudeau wants carbon taxes to be about over a dollar a gallon more with increasing carbon taxes in 4 years. While the US media and oil companies are preparing you for the climate emergency and trying to brainwash you saying that carbon taxes are the wave of The Future, Three provinces are fighting the federal government in Canada to say hell no to carbon taxes. In jurisdictions like British Columbia, the carbon taxes are not even used for climate change mitigation at all but instead to line the pockets of the treasury. Don't be surprised that this happens in certain states of the Union that eventually go to the carbon tax scam.
Canada is five years ahead of the Socialist know-nothing ocasio-cortez who supposedly has any economic degree but doesn't even know one semester of basic economics.
The politicians and the media are brainwashing you that using money to raise gasoline and natural gas taxes will be beneficial to the Future when it causes a downward spiral of price spikes and everything you buy. I average between 13 and $25 a month on my natural gas bill additional for the stupid golf Delta carbon tax which they call a carbon" Levy". February was the coldest February in over 40 years and I'm not going to turn my thermostat down to 40 degrees just to keep the environmentalist people happy.
By the way, yesterday was a story in Canada that the green party make split the liberal party just like the fanatical environmentalists are splitting the Democratic Party down the USA. You can fool some of the people some of the time... by the way, I saw store yesterday that the Earth died almost 250 million years ago due to high CO2 caused by volcanism from some huge volcanoes in Siberia. We could do all this climate change BS and we could have a volcanic eruption that could literally kill the planet and we have no way of knowing. By the way, the prior socialist and fro oil governor of Alberta tried to do social license by raising carbon taxes and promising billions of dollars in carbon capture but the Borg zombies environmentalist fanatical Collective of zealots that sink like AOC said no! Environmentalists are just like the Borg on Star Trek, as they don't want to compromise and they will do whatever they can to get what they want. we are in between ice ages so no matter what we do, the Earth is going to continue to warm. If you need more verification of this, I have dr. Judith Curry, the former mother of climate change now called a heretic by the Borg Collective because she disputed some of the facts 10 years ago and now they shun her because she knows better than them but they don't like being called-out on data that isn't as bad as they say it is. That's why they have changed from global warming to climate change to climate emergency to repackage their branding of Taxation.
By the way, Alberta and Saskatchewan provinces of Canada contains the fourth largest oil Reserve in the world. Unemployment in the oil patch is 7% due to depress prices and due to the gelatin Parliament and in British Columbia who don't want the pipelines built to export the oil to make Canada great again.
