Seems to me that the affected were warned ahead of time. Americans want peachy king and complain when the shit goes down. More cities need to follow and work with local law enforcement practicing operational security, tactical operations, Chem/BIO/Bomb threats, etc. We cannot just have troop movements on the highways of yesteryear!
A fully integrated system of Federal/local law enforcement, EMS, Tactical, military authority needs to be practiced more often for the safety and welfare of our nations cities and populated areas. We do it world-wide with our foreign governments but when it comes to our own front yard, people have a problem until the shit hits the fan then they want to play the blame game! Practice on Boys & Girls, make all the noise you need please. You have my full support. Do it until you get it right or a GO at this station!
