The 9th circuit is going to have a lot to think about when it finally looks at the cases coming from CA, OR, and WA. State Judges in all 3 have found recently enacted laws, concerning gun control to be Un-Constitutional. Sooner or later the anti-gunners are going to realize that their Feelings on the matter have as much impact on the 2A as dandelion fluff. They can perhaps barricade themselves in their houses, or suck it up and continue on with their lives.
