I get flag officers staying out of politics, its rule number 1 in their charm school and something everyone serving in uniform must obey. But the key word when talking about this group is former. Another factor they swore to is defending the Constitution, and given their former status its time to forget rule number 1 and speak about what they saw and heard while working closely with 45 to defend what the Constitution has given us.
