Court documents identify Houston megachurch shooter and say AR-style rifle was used in attack

If you look at the person already thick legal record they shouldn't have had a gun to begin with...IF THE LAWS ON THE BOOKS WERE PROPERLY FOLLOWED. I am waiting on the left to come in with the same charge...we need more gun ownership legislation...never let a good crisis go to waste!
