Curbing Implicit Bias: What Works and What Doesn't

See this is the frame of mind that got him killed. This is the frame of mind many Americans have about people of color. LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR NO HUMAN BEING BLACK, WHITE, BROWN deserves to be killed especially by people who are sworn to protect him. His past is just that ...his past. And you saw this man beg and plead with the cops I can't breathe numerous of times. You saw and heard people beg and pleaded with the cops....but somehow because of his past he should die???? What justice system are you going by? You even saw a healthcare personnel warned him and pleaded with him. If we are going by the past mistakes of people do you not acknowledge that America should not be standing. What is the past if America? In fact let's not even talk slavery. What other inhumane horrible past is hiding underneath the United States. However wrong her past might be we still love and defend our country. So when You Sir talk about past think long and hard. Everyone's life is important, no matter what race, color, nationality, religious background belief. By the way yes he is a model a role model that sadly that this hate is still present in America. The whole world got to see exactly what goes on here. I have been caring for people before I was a nurse and it does not matter people are still people. At what point are we not humans? Even working in corrections each inmate is still a human. They still have to breath (a necessity of life) regardless of what they did and WE TREAT THEM AS THEY ARE HUMANS. If you or anyone can honestly take a look at that video and not see torture, not see inhumane not see unjust something is seriously the matter. Even when at war overseas we don't torture our enemies.

And this couldn’t be farther from the truth. So in 15 years this man has seen the judicial process over 5 times. This should of been six but instead law enforcement cops decide do be judge jury and executioner. This post is trash and directly reflects why we are in this situation. If your looking to kill everyone with a record In America good luck. Because a lot of the people with a record a lot worse than this looks just like you. But it’s honestly sad when our military leaders in your ranks view life like this.
Makes me think about how many people have been held back because of this kind of thinking...
