Cycling Across America to Support Veterans - Illinois Joining Forces

Wanted to share a great story that Illinois Joining Forces did about our event (Cross Country Cycle 4 Vets) where I will by cycling from San Diego CA to St Augustine FL for donations Gary Sinise Foundation. To date, I have raised $7850 and still accepting donations for Gary Sinise Foundation for our fellow veterans. I will be leaving Mar 2018 from the flight deck of the USS Midway, my old buddies from my 1st duty stations in Yokosuka Japan. Wow - that is totally awesome PO3 Tracy Sefcik and for a great cause. You were there to help us with Victory for Veterans when we were in Chicago, so I'm here to get the word out for you Tracy! Thanks for what you're doing!

Thank you Jim and yes some great exercise, 3142 miles of cycling the lovely Southern Tier. And Gary is a God send to our veterans.

Can you believe the many years ago he was Lt. Dan in Forrest Gump and in 2017 he is still an out front advocate for veterans. I have certainly been proud and honored he has been the spokesman for the Golden Corral Appreciation Monday for veterans.
