I think S&Ws team of lawyers should drag him into court. Even if there is no chance of anything really happening. Just to make life uncomfortable for him even if for only a little while.

I'm in agreement. I carry their M&P Shield .45 everyday. I'm going to purchase a wheel gun next for my back up.
