It's about 50 degrees Fahrenheit here in Edmonton Alberta no snow here at the moment there was snow three weeks ago and I've seen it snow here in May. We can get snow at anytime. We can also get tornadoes when the temperatures rise into the eighties and we have an unstable air mass.

You have an area that is in the kill zone, for the most variable parameters. We lived awhile in Fairbanks, AK. But your area seems to be a mosiac for all kinds of extreme weather.
