I am a little late with my lunchtime interlude, but some of you are on the Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zones, so it is not yet noon in those time zones! For today, I wanted to share with you a beautiful instrumental written by the late John Barry... It is part of the soundtrack from the Movie "Out of Africa"... If you have been fortunate to see it, you understand how beautiful the open land is where the movie was filmed... Here is JOhn Barry's "Flying over Africa". This rendition is performed by the London Symphony Orchestra, RIchard Kaufman, Conductor...
