'I Cannot Enforce This Law': Police Chief Pushes Back on Washington's New Gun Restrictions

The chief is using civil disobedience in a highly appropriate manner. Of course, with that comes a risk. He could lose his job. He could be prosecuted. Indeed, I expect that will happen. And he may recover his job and be compensated for whatever time it takes to be reinstated. Can he afford that? I hope so. However, that is the risk that comes from living a principled life...

Nice to see this guy making a stand and using the other side's argument.
