In advance of big storm, New Jersey lifts licensing laws for shoveling snow | Fox News

I was somewhat amazed that the state of New Jersey, a place which gets snow every year, had a ban on unlicensed snow shoveling in place.
I am glad the Governor lifted it on the verge of a large snow storm.
A ban on unlicensed snow shoveling sounds like a Saturday Night Live skit or an old national Lampoon post.
