Its hard to comprehend the absolute horror these men went through and to still survive as victims of terrible War crimes and torture ! The micro management of the Johnson Administration cost a LOT of lives of American Servicemen both in the Air and on the ground. I may not have been in an aircrew but did see on the ground in Vietnam in 1968 and 1969 during attacks I did survive but other didn't the cost in lives there and restrictions the enemy didn't have which We did ! People do die in wars but when the risk is even higher due to the micro management of Politicians with their own questionable motivations more lives are lost ! My salute to Harlan Chapman.

I used to hate "No Fire" zones Brother Larry. Kinda like "Gun Free" zones here. Where in the Hell do you think the shooters are going to be? Yep!!!

My condolences to his family, and too bad this had to happen at all that he was captured, and I'm sure tortured by the NVA & the Russians.
