Since I love history, and teach history in our program, I just ordered this book. Midway (We show the movie in class) is a pivotal and significant battle. Jack "Dusty" Kleiss was the only aviator to bomb two of the four Japanese carriers sunk, and a cruiser too... He was silent for for years. He was awarded the Navy Cross and he argued the Admirals got too much credit for Midway, and the aviators not enough. I recently turned 100, and was only surviving Dave Bomber pilot from Midway.
