If you aren't reading John Solomon or Sara Carter and their investigations of Ukraine. Burisma, and Biden (take your pick of either one), you are missing some damn fine reporting.

Not according to Reuters LTC David Brown. I would not trust NBC on this.
I pasted the text if a Reuters account in the text of my post above.
One problem is that much of background 'probably' occurred in classified operations [not black] tangentially related to national security.
Expect others news outlets will follow. Ukraine had hoped to release the indictment after Mykola Zlochevsky had been apprehended. However he may well have skipped the country of Ukraine.
