If Special Counsel Weiss said ( My paraphrasing.)that President Biden is an honest but forgetful old man and we won't be able to get a conviction from a jury,

Then why should he be President in 2025-2029?
Some of these classified documents back to when he was a Senator. They were not secured in most instances. He somehow took them or ended up with them. They were illegally removed from the SCIF. Cooperating with Federal authorities does not lower any culpability on having them.

The double standards are obvious... Stonewalling and not releasing medical records will not help matters any.
