Very interesting article. I have to agree with Canada's statement at the end that "many of the challenges outlined in the document are common when setting up a multinational operation abroad" however, if the canadian military spent time and funds on setting up Tim Horton's and ball hockey facilities, then the Canadians had their priorities out of order.

The Canadians are addicted to both Tim Hortons and Hockey LOL. It must have been a 4 star RCAF directive LOL.
