Subjective. When they said "their" data, that knocks it right out the box. It's like asking a New Yorker who the better baseball team is between the Yankee's and Mets. "Well my stats say"....

I'd like to see the author's criteria and the source(s) of the data before I put much credibility in this list.

But they are a government research website which you know is probably as credible as duffleblog.com..??

InsideGov.com is a government research website that provides detailed information on national and state-level politics and government activities.

With everything from detailed profiles on politicians and individual campaign contributors to state-by-state divorce laws and government spending resources, we put the power of knowledge in your hands.

Sgt Tom Cunnally - Oh, how silly of me to question it, then! Government research is always trustworthy. :)

President Reagan is certainly one of my top modern Presidents Sgt Tom Cunnally
FDR advanced the role of government so that is intrusive in each our lives.
Carter was interesting and an enigma - yet the Camp David accords make him stand out as a true peace negotiator unlike the current of POTUS who got a Nobel Peace Prize for words without action.

Yes I was a Reagan Democrat when I lived in CA from 1961-2013 But I worked as a campaign volunteer for John F. Kennedy all summer in 1960, & volunteered to work for Bobby Kennedy just before he was shot at the Ambassador Hotel in LA..

It's an Irish thing

Oh yeah. Go Obama. If cooked data were the deciding factor, he'd win hands down. What a crock...
