The part bout the VSOs is truth. Some of them are doing the best they can, and some of them should be relieved. The person that should be my default go to, is useless. He says "can't do that" more than anything else. I went to another VSO and got it done. it just takes so long. I did engage a private company recently. From other DV in my area I had heard they did an excellent job of getting things done. They don't get paid unless their efforts produce positive results. So, at this point, it has only cost me some of my time. I won't have a problem paying them when it comes due.
